Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email and tracking number when your order has been shipped. We ship all our products via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Local Pickup

If you live within 15 miles of Greer, SC, we'll gladly arrange free local delivery for your order! Simply select the "Local Delivery" option during checkout and we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If, for any reason, you have a problem with any of the products you received, please email us at info@jessaminesoapco.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue quickly!
